Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but being on the second floor posed challenges for us as senior guests. The location was ideal, nestled in a private jungle area away from the hustle and bustle, though the nearby air conditioning was a bit disruptive. The friendly service and lovely dining options made our stay enjoyable overall.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the positive side, the separate buildings provide excellent privacy, and the rooms were clean and tidy with useful amenities. However, the wardrobe in each room had an unpleasant smell. The spacious room layout easily accommodated a third bed.
I felt like I was in a luxurious jungle retreat, with spacious villas boasting vast and airy rooms, and a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower. The view from the large balcony was simply stunning, showcasing the beauty of nature. On the downside, I noticed that the pricing was a bit steep compared to other options, but the overall experience was worth it.
My stay at the hotel was delightful, with spacious and comfortable rooms that easily accommodated a third bed. The service was excellent, aside from the reservation manager who was not very professional. The location, nestled in the forest, was central to many cultural attractions, though the treehouse experience fell short during the daytime visit. The dining options were varied and delicious, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
The hotel offers large and private rooms, although they have a slight smell of dampness. The service goes the extra mile with special arrangements like a baby cot, but there were issues with the food provided. The location is central and ideal for exploring nearby attractions, but the road leading to the hotel is bumpy. The dining experience is varied with a wide buffet selection, although service for basic requests like water was lacking. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
